To maximize chances of being hired, jobseekers can — at their discretion — choose to share their health score with nominated companies, without disclosing any specific health information. To maintain privacy, HC does not even ask jobseekers for a name.

PARTICIPATING TRIAL COMPANY QUALIFICATION
Companies with over 10,000 employees that introduce comprehensive preventive health programs to their workforce.
Upon successful completion, the preventive health technologies included in the CEO trial can be made available to their companies' workforce.
TRIAL SUBJECT COMPENSATION
Winners receive the HealthiestCEO Award and the right for their companies to use it as a motivator for their current and future workforce to participate in their preventive health programs.
Participating CEOs are urged to consult with their own medical doctors to assess all preventive health technologies used in the proposed trial. HealthiestCEO Awards ("HC") assumes no responsibility or liability for the outcome of the trial and participants and their companies agree not to demand any financial compensation from HC or their participating preventive health companies. HC only includes preventive technologies that have been successfully demonstrated and tested by the CEOs of those technology companies that provide the preventive tools. Participants shall solely rely on the advice of their own medical doctors regarding their participation in the trial. General recommendations given during the trial shall include nutrition and exercise suggestions, healthy habits and monitoring of body functions without using medication other than those that have been prescribed by medical doctors of participating CEOs. Early detection tools for the potential development of future diseases shall not replace frequent examinations by a medical doctor and CEOs shall not solely rely on preventive health technologies used in the trial. CEOs who expect certain outcomes and wish to hold anyone other than themselves liable for their own health shall not participate in the trial and nomination for the HealthiestCEO Awards.
